2. Payments and Deposits (a) Payment: Clients are required to make full payment for the services rendered by TM Media Designs. Payment can be made through the accepted methods mentioned on our website. (b) Deposits: For certain projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. The deposit amount and terms will be communicated to the client before the project commences.
3. Project Delivery (a) Timeline: The delivery timeline for each project will be communicated to the client before starting the project. TM Media Designs will make every effort to meet the agreed-upon timeline, but unforeseen circumstances may affect the delivery date. (b) Revisions: Clients are entitled to a reasonable number of revisions as part of the design process. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur extra charges.
4. Intellectual Property (a) Ownership: Upon full payment, the client owns the rights to the final design(s) delivered by TM Media Designs. Until full payment is received, TM Media Designs retains ownership of all drafts, mock-ups, and working files. (b) Portfolio: TM Media Designs reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio or promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the client.
5. Confidentiality TM Media Designs respects the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any sensitive or proprietary details to third parties without the client’s explicit consent.
6. Disclaimer While we strive to provide accurate and high-quality services, TM Media Designs cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. We are not responsible for any loss or damages incurred as a result of using our services.
7. Termination Either party may terminate the project or services for any reason by providing written notice. In such cases, the client will be billed for the work completed up to that point.
8. Amendments TM Media Designs reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
